Does anyone maintain nice fingernails with regular horse activities? I discovered dip powder manicures and loved them but you can't use them repetitively because they thin the nail. I tried the glue on nails too from the salon but they all came off at varying times and one of the worst was inside my glove during my lesson (this was one attempt so may try these again). A regular gel or acrylic of course is chipped within days. Has anyone figured out something that works? đ€Ł

If you want to call it that, that is.
I had to admit, Suki knew how to arrange her store, I never thought about it before, but the aisles with âthatâ material was facing âawayâ from the register and had another pair of parallel aisles on either side of it, and two running perpendicular thus affording the patron some small degree of âprivacyâ by letting them feel like theyâre boxed in.
Those who visited that aisle as the day went on seemed to buy âthoseâ magazines roughly eight times out of ten, an exceptional ratio. I knew it was exceptional because tragically I have sometimes been forced to run errands for myself. When that does happen, Iâve seen what people do in the stores, Iâve seen those naughty magazines here and there, and Iâve seen young people walk by, eyeing those anxiously, desperately even.
But seldom did they buy even though they wanted to, they didnât have the courage to look, so they couldnât take the next step. Itâs funny how that works, it really is.
Suki got them to look at it, and therefore usually got them to buy.
My estimation of my friend went up another notch. I smiled when I thought about her, she was always offering me work. Always a kind word. Always encouraging me. âYouâre a smart girl, you could do anything you want with your life. You donât have to just lie around and wait for life to happen, come work at my store, that way you can take care of yourself better.â
Of course there were rumors that I was rich, I was after all, a foreigner living in this country with no job, thereâs no way I was getting public assistance. It was hard not to like Sukiâs motherly attitude toward me, who she saw as a wayward young woman frittering away her days.
But I had no idea Suki was so savvy about her business, right down to where she put the naughty things that Jin probably snuck looks at whenever he could, like most boys his age.
The ding of a new customer caught my ear and I looked over to see a slew of students stroll in, then darted my eyes to the clock. âReally? That long?â I asked myself, somehow the day had just slipped past without my noticing.

So misusing an expression slightly draws no notice. Thus I blend in by standing out.

I crouched down and bit my tongue while I searched the pockets for what I sought.
My prize?
A pair of wallets. Wallets stuffed with cash. I pocketed that immediately, shoving it into my purse. âLucky me.â I thought, âIâll buy myself a few things here before I go.â
A few dozen bento boxes, sushi platters, and some ready to eat meals and lots of sodas.

WHAT IS GROUNDING?
Grounding is a set of simple strategies to detach from emotional pain (for example, drug cravings,
self-harm impulses, anger, sadness). Distraction works by focusing outward on the external worldârather
than inward toward the self. You can also think of it as âdistractionâ, centering,â âa safe place,â looking
âoutward,â or âhealthy detachment.â
WHY DO GROUNDING?
When you are overwhelmed with emotional pain, you need a way to detach so that you can gain control
over your feelings and stay safe. As long as you are grounding, you cannot possibly use substances or hurt yourself. Grounding âanchorsâ you to the present and to reality.
Many people with PTSD and substance abuse struggle with either feeling too much (overwhelming
emotions and memories) or too little (numbing and dissociation). In grounding, you attain balance
between the twoâconscious of reality and able to tolerate it.
GUIDELINES
ï§ Grounding can be done any time, any place, anywhere and no one has to know.
ï§ Use grounding when you are: faced with a trigger, having a flashback, dissociating, having a

WHAT IS GROUNDING?
Grounding is a set of simple strategies to detach from emotional pain (for example, drug cravings,
self-harm impulses, anger, sadness). Distraction works by focusing outward on the external worldârather
than inward toward the self. You can also think of it as âdistractionâ, centering,â âa safe place,â looking
âoutward,â or âhealthy detachment.â
WHY DO GROUNDING?
When you are overwhelmed with emotional pain, you need a way to detach so that you can gain control
over your feelings and stay safe. As long as you are grounding, you cannot possibly use substances or hurt yourself. Grounding âanchorsâ you to the present and to reality.
Many people with PTSD and substance abuse struggle with either feeling too much (overwhelming
emotions and memories) or too little (numbing and dissociation). In grounding, you attain balance
between the twoâconscious of reality and able to tolerate it.
GUIDELINES
ï§ Grounding can be done any time, any place, anywhere and no one has to know.
ï§ Use grounding when you are: faced with a trigger, having a flashback, dissociating, having a
substance craving, or when your emotional pain goes above 6 (on a 0-10 scale). Grounding puts

I just wanted to share my meal plan and workout with anyone looking for some inspiration! I have always struggled with my weight and finally found something sustainable that I think I can manage long term. If you have any comments are suggestions please let me know :)
I usually start my mornings with water and coffee + soymilk + stevia until I start to feel hungry around 11am. I eat two meals a day + a protein smoothie and no snacks, but I can eat whatever I like in those two meals.
Meal 1: Whatever I feel like. Usually two big slices of sourdough bread with either smashed avocado, or hummus + cucumber, or peanut butter + banana. Sometimes I'll do a veggie/cheese panini with salad, or a bagel with cream cheese + veggies and dip.
Meal 2: Protein smoothie. 1 cup of unsweetened soymilk (it has 8 grams of protein), 1 cup frozen berries, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder.
Meal 3: Again, whatever I feel like. I eat a lot of pasta with veggies and cheese, flatbread veggie pizza, vegetable stir-fry with beans, black bean burgers and salad.
I workout 5 days a week for 45-50 minutes.
Monday: 15 minutes of cardio + full body strength
Tuesday: 45 minutes cardio
Wednesday: 15 minutes cardio + full body strength
Thursday: 45 minutes cardio
Friday: 15 minutes cardio + full body strength

2023.06.02 10:00 Boss452 'Bullet Train' (2022) is an extremely entertaining and the cast shines, led by Brad Pitt at his magnetic best.
I regret not watching 'Bullet Train' in theatres because it is a movie made to be seen with an audience. It' a thriller-comedy if you will, with a healthy dose of stylish action and abundance of style. When you watch an action film these days, most times you gotta turn your brain off. But Bullet Train has a lot going on and keeps you engaged and thinking throughout. The plot takes quite a few turns and hence always remains unpredictable.
There are about 7-8 characters on the train, with different motives, & tasks. But they are all somehow connected to the 'White Death' a mysterious villain. All 8 of these characters leave a lasting impression.
Aaron-Taylor Johnson steals the show as Tangerine. His line deliveries are fantastic. Joey King is almost as good. The way she switches from cunning to innocent all the while maintaining a great British accent was terrific. Hiroyuki Sanada always adds gravitas whenever he enters the frame. Brian Tyree Henry & Andrew Koji are good as well. Fantastic actor as always. And leading this impressive cast is Brad Pitt.
What a run he is on. I think it's safe to call Brad Pitt the modern 'King of Cool' of cinema. Watch him in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, then Babylon & then Bullet Train and he just pulls off differing shades of cool so so well. He is a rare A-lister that just sheds the stardom around him to completely give in to the character as he does here to play the goofy Ladybug. His comic timing is excellent.
Bad Bunny, Zazie Beetz & Michael Shannon have cameos as well and they are effective too.
Have to give credit to David Leitch as well. The movie looks slick and stylish. Clearly there is a lot of Japanese influence in the set design and visuals which was welcome. The visuals were amazing.
The movie nails humor. Cannot recall an action movie being this funny in a while.
The action was above average although you do expect something even better when David Leitch is involved. But thankfully, the movie used action sparingly.
I think Bullet Train is one of the most entertaining films of the 2022.

These tapes are in the hands of many different people, groups, and especially intelligence agencies. 'Honey-trap' operations are constantly being run to gather compromising and incriminating evidence on people of importance. Child slaves will be used to compromise people on video. Global leaders are often covertly videotaped doing perverted things with sex slaves sent to them by intelligence agencies, the Illuminati, or other groups, and this is then leveraged. Rape and murder of a child (forced or not), one of the most repulsive things possible, is many times filmed to ensure future compliance.

Awhile ago I got addicted to âeatingâ laundry powder. I never swallowed it, only had it on my tongue and crunched it in my teeth.
It started because I liked the smell of it, then I fell down a rabbit hole of asmr with sponges and cleaning products. I specifically liked watching the Laundry powder ones. Then I put some laundry powder we had at home in a sandwich bag and nibbled on it because I liked the crunch. Then the bag split and a bit went on my tongue. At first I hated it but eventually I kept doing it more and more.
It got to the point where I would dip my finger in the powder and put it straight onto my tongue, nibble on it a bit, etc. I would always be very safe (ironic I know) and would make sure not to swallow it, would spit it all out every time.
It made me feel âcleanâ and satisfied whenever I did it.
We ran out of laundry powder (not because of me lol) and my mum decided not to get it anymore because she preferred liquid for about 5 months. I would constantly think about it and even months later still craved it. My mum randomly bought some powder a few days ago. Iâve immediately started doing it again. Not nearly as much because I donât like the taste of this one as much but still. I had no restraint at all. Iâm too embarrassed to tell anyone.

25 Male 5â11 205lbs White 10 months Central US No existing conditions besides low RHR ââ-
I went to TWO different cardiologists in the last year for a slow resting / sleeping HR âą(49-59 resting) âą(40-47 sleeping) sometimes dips occasionally down in the high 30âs when in deep sleep few times a month or so)
both cardiologists told me Iâm fine and nothing to worry about. I did discuss to them I did suffer a 2 year Eating Disorder binge, (bulmia) been clean for nearly a year. I Woke up today with a 280 HRV (could possibly be a misreading?) and my HR did dip a few times in my sleep according to my Apple Watch. And yes, my watch is accurate I have tested my HR BPM with other devices and they match what my watch claim.
Iâd like to note, both cardiologists deny my 2 year ED spree wouldâve caused my low HR they both think itâs my genetics and that I do weight training.
Both cardiologists did a EKG & Echo on my heart apparently both EKGâs came back âabnormalâ but they explained to me it happens to a lot of younger patients and they looked at it themselves and determined that itâs fine.
I just wanted some other opinions on this, Iâm personally feeling like going to a 3rd doctor.
Summary:
September of 2022: Went in to my first cardiologist appt and got an echo & EKG due to a lower RHR. It was a live echo he looked at my heart and said it looked fine. He stated that my EKG came back a tad âfunnyâ but nothing to worry about.
May 2023, I went back to see a different cardiologist to get a second opinion, Did another echo & EKG, same as before âabnormalâ but the new doctor said this one looked a lot better and still a âfine EKGâ

I've noticed these as last images on listings for more than one seller but as far as I'm aware etsy doesn't scan for keywords in images. What is the purpose of putting these as an image?
