26M- My test levels were in the mid 600s back in December 2021 but I started to feel like shit last summer and FSH was elevated. I started to have all the low T symptoms in the fall 2022 so I had my blood work done, test back at 554 in Jan 2023 but it dipped down to 275 and 350 more recently. PCP said I should be on anti depressants and anti anxiety meds lmao. Endo said I need to lose weight but I was 20 pounds heavier when my T was ar 554. She said it’s primary hypogonadism but would not let me get on TRT since I “have high Free T and that your body is making testosterone”. Why would my total be so low while Free T is good? I’m looking to get on TRT through a clinic since brainfog and all these other symptoms have had a major negative impact on my overall quality of life.

I am in tech (PhD level, working for BC government) making about 120k/year living in Burnaby. I love my job, the flexibility, coworkers, and just everything about it. I might get a promotion in a year or so bumping me to 140k. Moreover, my spouse's family is in Vancouver, and she feels at home here (she doesn't work).
I have a job offer from a public sector org in Tennessee, which pays about 170k USD for the same job, but the job environment might be more stressful. And, I will have to use a car to go to my work (I don't own a car here). Further, I have a little kid, so the gun control or the lack of), makes me very nervous. And my wife does not drive, so they are very dependent on transit here, which is non-existent in TN.
I am having a very hard time deciding if I should move with my family or not. Any help/guidance is very much appreciated.

The gathering of ambassadors from all the species that the allies contacted on Venlil Prime was the final step… Shuttles from all the different species were gathering together at the Capitol building, with a crowd forming around the building to watch the Ambassadors arrive on the landing platforms…
There was a buzz of activity both Inside and outside, the ambassadors were gathered around in the lobby area, many with drinks in hand as they conversed about this excursion, they were about to partake in…
