1) what is the diagnose criteria? is 24 hours enough to get diagnosed? it has been only 24 hours since I have this. is it possible that it go away in couple of days by its own? I read that I need to do the reverse kegel or kegels exercises for it to recover. is it possible that this is only just a couple of days problem and body will heal itself?

(muscle soreness shouldn't take more than 1-2 weeks)

During summer, when the temperatures gets high, I begin to really struggle to get down food normally. I don't know why, but after the first pieces, it kinda feels like all dry and hard to swallow. This thing is really stressing, because I often end the meal early not because I am full, but because I'm really tired by this problem and unable to get anymore food down.

This has been me my whole life. I am currently 24 and have never been in a relationship. I have no friends I can rely on or call best friends. Hey there! I'm a big anime fan, and in particular at the moment I'm craving some action in the world of MHA/BNHA. I'd like to play an OC, and you're free to play either an OC or canon as your main character. I (f21) have really been struggling with mental health recently and have been feeling incredibly isolated. I hang out often with my boyfriend, and have a few good friends up here. However, on days I have nobody to be with, I feel incredibly lonely and depressed. It’s like I can’t spend any time on my own without feeling like I have nobody. This issue is informed largely by trauma from my teenage years.
I reached out to my mum, who i’m very close with, and she told me that I can come home for a few weeks. It’ll give me a baseline of socialisation, and I always feel more stable at home. However, the journey is a bit of a pain, and I’ll be heading home in 4 weeks anyway when my lease runs out.
I’m not sure whether to go home for a few weeks, or whether to stick it out up here. Usually I’d just stay, but I feel pretty fragile at the moment, as well as being newly sober. Part of me feels like going home for a few weeks is akin to giving up. I’d also miss my boyfriend a lot.

Before deciding if this is worth going to see someone about (I live in the US and healthcare is not cheap) I just wonder if this is something others have experienced or have an idea what might be behind it, because searching, I'm not finding anything that really explains it.
In recent visits, specifically when I order chai lattes from Starbies, I get a little dizzy and light headed afterwards. I usually just do a chai latte with soy, and maybe a pump of mocha syrup (chocolate) and a pump of some other flavor. When I've finished the drink, which takes me a couples hours at least most times, i find myself feeling dizzy. And it does seem to be only theirs. I don't feel like I recall this happening with any other drinks of theirs (i might need to try something different and pay attention and see).
When trying to google I saw suggestions for it being the tea (chai) or coffee (i don't do because I do have issues with their coffee and it having negative affects on me) for the caffeine or the soy for it being a soy allergy, or even sugar. But none of these feel like they match up.
As to the caffeine potential. I've drank energy drinks with far more caffeine than a chai latte, and never had this issue before. I've drank chais from other places, never had this issue.
The same goes for soy. I've been drinking various soy milks, eating various things (edamame being a big one) never had it cause me issues before.
And in terms of sugar, it goes back to the caffeine. There's another coffee place near me that does energy drinks with flavored syrups, and I've drank those with whipped cream.
I had food with it, and I'm just at a loss. It feels like a semi recent development but it's weird that it would only be in this circumstance.

How I suppose:
Sustaining obsessions, hoarding possessions, soul-crushing concessions, abstaining confessions, side reeling successions is sickness.
