I'm a 29-year-old male sofa surfing between my sisters' homes; I'm homeless. I haven't been employed since February. I have no skills, and my motivation to learn a skill is almost non-existent because there isn't anything obtainable from my current circumstances.
I have autism. I've tried asking for advice from the various autism subreddits on a different Reddit account. However, very few people responded, and their responses were just sorrowful expressions of how they felt about my situation.
Yesterday I had an interview for an Administrator role in Manchester, UK. The requirement to get an interview was to complete a task the interviewer had set for applicants: to create a presentation on Talk Talk's KPIs with any software we choose. I decided to use Canva to make a video presentation that was well-received by the interviewer. I had no prior experience of working with or studying KPIs.
I got the interview because of a referral by a national autism charity. They made an administrative error by telling me very late (the day before the interview at midday) that I had to do a task before being selected for an interview. I had only 4 hours to research the relevant KPIs for the presentation, write a script, and make a video on Canva.
The whole process of making the presentation made me realise I still have a lot of energy and potential within me, but both are being wasted due to a lack of opportunities in my life. Making the presentation itself was a struggle because my computer is incredibly slow.
I no longer have my GCSE or A Level certificates from high school and college. My ability in maths has worsened over the years because I've not used math much for many years. I'm worried about AI and automation making many jobs obsolete, which would worsen my situation.
I'm stuck at my sisters' homes throughout the week. I don't do anything because there's no path I can take that will allow me to get myself out of this situation. I'm more frustrated now than I was before because I know I can do things and get things done quite well, but I can't do anything because there's no way out of this situation.
The aforementioned autism charity (mentioned in paragraph 4) got my details from another organisation who are working with me via the Jobcentre because of my autism. That organisation have been very slow in doing anything for me. The referral for the interview in Manchester was the first thing they did for me in 3 months.
Right now, I no longer believe my autism is the issue preventing me from getting a job. If this country was brimming with opportunities, I know I'd be able to get a job. The problem is that so many jobs require qualifications you have to obtain from expensive adult courses at a local college or university. There was a period when I believed self-learning could resolve my problems, but nothing came to fruition.
I'm asking for advice because I've become incredibly angry and frustrated. I feel trapped; my sisters shout and argue with me almost daily because I can't get a job; AI is becoming more capable; and my brain and body are ageing. What can I do? I've already asked the Jobcentre for advice and they told me to be patient and just "wait it out".

I'm going to University at Vistula (Stoklosy) this winter semester and I'm looking for accomodation.
I've seen good deals that are in city center (in those neighborhoods in the title) but I do not know if they are too far from Stoklosy in a practical perspective.
Is it too far or people live there and commute all the way down to Stoklosy? Will I have problems with time due to the distance or the metro and trams are too efficient for it to be a problem? I'm scared of being so late due to the distance.
My other choice is in Mokotow, but I think city center has more life, but maybe I'm wrong, Mokotow has more "polish life" rather than tourist life isn't?

When a Nepali citizen is traveling abroad (spouse visa/family visa/settlement visa) to settle with their spouse of non-Nepali nationality, what kind of documents do they ask for in Nepal airport? I could not find the answers on TIA website. The only ones available is tourist visa, foreign employment and student visa.

I'm building a mobile app (like this chrome extension I built) that takes my multi-stop route on Google Maps and rearranges it to give the fastest, most efficient route (TSP Problem). New player here, only played a handful of low point battles using the previous tome's rules.
We're starting a PTG campaign soon, and I have a few questions:
1) Aether-gold shares - The table in the new tome states that your Warlord starts earning shares at 15 Renown. Does this mean that there will be no aether-gold income at all for the first few battles, while he grows in rank? And losing a Warlord means you basically have to start again with income?
2) Artefact of Power - I'm starting with an Aetherkhemist in the list but not Spell in a Bottle. (Giving the Warlord Admiral Celestium Burst Grenade). Do I just need to acquire a second Artefact of Power, through questing or aether-gold, to make use of an endless spell? I don't need to also "Hunt the endless spell" as that spell comes rolled into the Spell in a Bottle artefact right?
3) Bombing Runs - With new rules for Arkanaut Frigate, if the situation is right, can I: - Normal move and fly over an unit to use Bomb Racks on it during Movement Phase - Then shoot it in the rear during Shooting Phase - Then charge it in the Charge Phase?

The US is in negotiations with Turkmenistan over an agreement to plug the central Asian nation's colossal methane leaks.

So, I've been ruminating on the colors and their philosophies, and I decided to post the heuristics I use here on the chance some of you might find it useful.
First of all, I think it's best to start with a clean slate by begining with how the colors were defined in 2014. This is because the Revisited articles Mark Rosewater started to publish during that time--as well as the Khans of Tarkir color interviews and the two color podcasts he also released during said year--directly imply a fresh start to the color pie. It's worth noting that later adjustments (such as those made to Green) are included.
Based off of the formula he uses in the 2014-15 articles (and has continued to use since then) we know that each color can be seperated into an end (the goal of one's life) and a mean (the way people should live). Color combinations are created by putting various ends & means together (you can have any combination of one or the other, by the way).
What are the colors' means & ends?:
White cares about "Peace" (the greater good) through "Structure" (rigid rules) (See here here, and here).
Blue cares about "Perfection" (the ability for people to improve themselves) through "Knowledge" (seeking information) (See here, here, and here).
Black believes in "Power" (control over the things in one's life) through "Opportunity" (whatever it takes) (See here and here).
Red believes in "Freedom" (following one's heart) through "Action" (acting on one's emotions) (See here).
And Green believes in "Growth" (the continuing of nature's process) through "Acceptance" (embracing the natural order and one's place in it) (See here, here, here, here, here, and here.)
In contrast, the colors also have lesser traits in their philosophies. These are tendencies assigned to the colors that (in my opinion) are reflective of their means & ends, but which the colors are not that strongly commited to. For example: Blue has a tendency to prefer geniocracy (it believes only the smartest should rule), however it can turn that aside for some forms of democracy Why? Because these are both lesser traits of Blue and they're really Blue pursuing its interest in "Knowledge."

Don't treat color identity as something where 'having some colors mean you have zero traits of the other colors' (aka, like the Shards of Alara). Everyone has bits of all the colors, but listing them all, all the time, isn't useful information--the labels just serve to point out when someone's means/ends align with particular colors'. Even characters in-universe can lean towards colors they don't have, but it's not part of their identity, it's simply an acknowledgement.
One should also avoid basing one's views of the color philosophies on the cards. Yes, that statement seems unusual, but consider this: by the time they're printed the cards have gone through many different hands, including those that aren't factoring in color philosophy. That's why you may find characters that have been given colors that don't actually match their ideals. I'm not saying 'never look at the cards' by the way, you just need to take them with a grain of salt.
So, when you combine various colors' main traits together, there's some interesting things worth noting.
Sometimes color combinations have center colors, like the factions from Alara or Tarkir. What constitutes center colors, I believe, is a preference for the ideals of said color(s) over the others in the combination.
It's also for the best to make sure that interpretations of color combinations aren't watered-down to be applicable to everyone--it's not much of a stance if everyone agrees with it.
In contrast to the color combinations, there's colorless. Remember, colorless is not a color. That's not me saying you can't have colorless philosophies, it's just that colorless is mutually exclusive to any color's means/ends (you can't have colors and not have colors at the same time) and one should treat it as such.
Finally, I want to note that I'm primarily talking about values, not personality. Coloring one's philosophy is fine, but attempting to align one's personality to a nonscientific system is problematic. In addition, while it's a useful tool for categorizing things, I personally don't like using the colors as a roadmap for people, characters, or factions (you do you).

I loathed learning about history when I was in school but have found it more and more interesting the older I get. With that said, I find it so insane that the current royals are distant relatives of these people that are being portrayed on screen (QC) and I frequently find myself going down the Wikipedia rabbit hole reading about them and their lives. I’m also shook at how many people have been buried at Windsor Castle dating back to the 1400s!!! WHAT?!

There are currently no standards specifying a file format representing the votes cast in an election. And especially about preferential voting. Existing computer programs implement various input sources, which are not interoperable with each other; which are most often difficult for a human to read and even more difficult to write/edit.
Recently, the CondorcetElectionFormat (.cvotes) has been proposed.
It proposes a human-readable and editable way of expressing a list of votes, while being sufficiently strict and specified to be interpretable by a machine, in a uniform way from one program to another.
In addition to the ballot data, this format also allows parameters to be specified in order to remove ambiguity about how the data should be interpreted by the program. There are standard parameters, examples are: whether or not votes use implicit ranking or the number of seats to be filled in a proportional election. And proprietary parameters can be added to specify more particular cases (to an election, to a method, to a program).
This format also includes some syntactic sugar: to express quantifiers (several identical votes), weights (some votes are more important than others), tags (which can store an electronic signature of the vote) or comments.
Currently, it's implemented with only one voting software and one language. But hope that new implementations will come to make a real standard. And contributions are welcome to improve and extend it.
