Hi. Just wondering if anyone had info on these interactions.
I am only on Baclofen now and tapering... 15mg 4x a day 6 hours apart.
I drank caffeiene with Baclofen and that was bad.
I've heard Ashwagandha effects GABA receptors but also can repair brain function in a multitude of ways.
Taurine apparently effects GABA-A receptors. I havent noticed anything while taking it once every few days.
I have yet to take L Tyrosine, L theanine and Lemon Balm. But I do see some people report an interaction between L Tyrosine and Baclofen but it's unclear how.
Any extra information would be appreciated. Trying to recover as quickly as possible.

It was 5 am and my alarm went off on my phone to get up for work I have(had) 2 senior dogs I went downstairs where my laundry room is and it's also my dogs favorite place to sleep cause the floor is nice and cold and I said good morning Diego! As I was grabbing my work clothes but noticed he was not making any sound and I turned around and dropped to his bed where he always sleeps half on it half off hes a Lab x Newfoundland dog so hes very big 140 lbs I grabbed him out of panic and turned his him towards me and his eyes were grey and his tongue was hanging out his mouth I was in shock screaming for him to wake up and realizing he was dead and I could not control myself and started to scream I woke up my wife by calling her name and she came down and Diego was dead and we don't know why he was completely fine the night before he loved to snuggle and be as close as possible to us and any human who showed him love all he wanted in life was to please us and he was the best dog I loved him so much its hurting writing this but I relive this moment over and over in my head and its driving me insane and I cant stop crying.
This was 5:15 am by now and our vet isnt open so we had to wait till 8 am our vet told us we had to bring him there or pay for a service to bring him there which was asking too much money we just couldn't afford it so we had to put a blanket and sheet down and turn him over onto it and wrap him up and then pick him up with another sheet and put him into the car and drive to the vets. I'm absolutely traumatized by everything. Like I said he was fine laying on the sofa with us the night before we were petting him he was even playing cause he just always acted almost like a puppy even at 12 years old.
The vet says he could of had a tumor that wasn't causing him pain that was attached I side somewhere that burst or he possibly had heart failure. Like i said at first glance I thought he was just sleeping cause hes always in that position so the vet and we think it must of happend in his sleep.
So that was the end of my best friend Diego just like that out of no where.. I can't sleep properly I cant stop crying my other dog I love him so much too and hes getting old and I'm having anxiety that it could happen to him and I just cant go through that again I'm 32 years old my wife and I got these dogs when we were 19-20 they're my everything.
I just cannot believe hes gone all his toys and fur and his smell is still around its heartbreaking. He had such a big presence in this house not just because of how big he was but because he always just wanted to be loved and was always around. I'm sorry if my grammar isn't correct but I'm still in disbelief and I feel like I'm in a never ending nightmare and just don't know where to go from here.
Thank you to everyone who read this far. Diego was a tall big beautiful blonde boy and I don't know if I'll ever find another dog that fills this void this hole in my chest. When I would have a bad day we was always there to hold onto and cuddle with and hes just gone now and it's just the ultimate worse feeling I've ever had in my life. The worst part is I keep replaying finding him in the basement on his bed over and over in my head. I'm so sorry Diego I wish I was there for whatever happend to you so I could of said goodbye.

Something cool that comes from Hunter X Hunter is taking the sudden power-up trope and explored it through a more symbolic and thematic perspective.
In H X H, during the Chimera Ant arc, Morel makes a comment about a specific ant about how you can't be sure when he'll experience an epiphany. This is in the context of, the enemy may be weak now, but something could change for them and they suddenly grow exponentially in capability.
This mimics what its like to progress your mastery of a skill in the real world. Whether it be writing, cooking, lifting, and so on, you will hit plateaus and then, suddenly, something clicks and you experience a leap forward in skill. These "aha!" moments are usually the result of a bunch of experiences, you dwelling on it, and your subconscious working at it too, and eventually it "makes sense" and you're better than you were before.
In Jujutsu Kaisen, this is exactly what we get. There are so many examples of this. Megumi shifts his mindset against the second Finger Bearer and suddenly opens a domain at 15 and kills a special grade curse. Yuji experiences a shift in mindset against Mahito and hits five black flashes, hitting them so consistently you would mistake him for doing it on command, and since then has become incredibly powerful. Maki realized she was getting distracted by all the conflicts, traumas, and problems in her life and, upon letting go, was able to dance around Mach 3 Naoya and unleash the full power of the Soul Liberation Blade.
When these power ups happen, they never feel forced. They're true to the narrative and the reader — it makes sense that this character can do this thing now, we have our own "aha!" moment. JJK routinely makes this feel good, and with Gege discussing things like flow states earlier in the series, its clear that his own experience becoming a skilled mangaka informs how his characters grow as well.

I recently noticed a mothball smell when i turn on my AC system (though the furnace does not have this smell). Heat and cool uses the same ductwork. It's a 7 year old system/ductwork and i've been living here for 2 years now. I haven't noticed the smell before. I opened up the humidifier attachment to see the evaporator coils and they look clean, but I did notice some green/red coloring on white the drip pan under it. The smell doesn't hit me any stronger around the coils vs in any other room of the house. If it is just the slight mold growth in the drip pan, how would i go about cleaning it? Pictures of both the system in the utilities room as well as the coils themselves.

So about 2 months ago I was up the wall with a load of university work whilst trying to balance a few shifts a week working to make money since I was living out. About 2 months ago I ended things with my GF because ultimately I was just stressed and felt alone and that I needed to be on my own to get through everything and then it would be fine. I thought this was right because I was being very off with her, unintentionally it’s just the way I am when I’m stressed (and I’ve worked on communicating better with friends so to not be like this anymore). But basically I threw away 4yrs ultimately for nothing and should have powered through and worked everything out that I had going on with her. She didn’t look happy which was the main reason I did what I did because I wanted what was best for her, obviously hindsight is a great thing and she just wanted to help, and now we’ve met back up and talked about everything that had happened in the 4yrs we were together, and how certain things she did affected how I dealt with stress in a sense (without going into detail she did something quite shitty that I’ve o lu really dealt with now since I haven’t seen her and mentioned this when we met) and she mentioned how the way I dealt with stress and kept pushing her away hurt her (understandably). But basically, we shared an intimate night about 4 days ago where we met and talked and then she spent the night at mine, and said we’d work things back slowly and has u-turned and explained why (that lack of trust as to whether I have changed etc) which I got but she’s not said it’s it and keeps making it out that we can come back together, which makes me happy but I also understand I may not deserve it because of how I was, but I basically don’t know what to do now. I want to leave her alone and let her do her which I know is for the better but because we have messaged a few times and the door is somewhat open I want to message her etc. Just don’t know what to really do. Any advice on what I should do?

Hello everyone,
I had a very vivid nightmare last night and I thought I would share given how creepy this experience was for me.
Be me,
My brother, parents and I were all having a good time out then my brother started acting odd. We were in line getting some dinner and He just started peeing in line, so we left embarrassed. Then we just began to argue for some reason, and he began to hurt me physically
So I fought back and eventually the dream skips over to where we are in the woods. It felt as if something took over Mike he wasn’t himself at all as he never physically tried to harm me once in my life.
So then he grabs a can of gas and tries to light me on fire, so I run away, then I yell for help to some random hikers. Then they start running because a bear was hunting near them , I saw the bear too and ran away to avoid it seeing me. So I ran into the dense bush for cover and then I find a group of bamboo-like sticks to get some concealment
All of a sudden these wolves /small fox-looking coyotes ran out, and I didn’t want them to get me
They took notice of me but knew they couldn’t get to me because of the bamboos vegetation I crammed myself into. So only one stayed and sat near me waiting and every time I looked over at it and into it’s eyes it’s pupils grew bigger and it growled at me as if challenged (with fangs clearly visible)
So I waited…
Then I tried to pull out my phone to call for help. But the moment I looked over to make sure the wolf didn’t get me then it was gone. I got this overwhelming sense of dread and fear as if the air pressure around me built. Then I heard a deep distorted voice right behind me say quietly something I couldn’t discern then it just felt as if it were right in my left ear and said in a deep demonic voice “Do you know the muffin man?”
(False wake up)
I woke up from THAT dream into my new dream where I thought I was awake
In my old childhood room or a similar-looking room
The house itself was my last current home in a different city, but my specific room I was in was my old childhood bedroom.
So I’m still recovering from the nightmare literally rapid breathing as if I’m having a panic attack. I get up and open my door and I see my mom is helping my cousins, let's call them Melissa and Blake, and my mom was doing Melissa's hair.
I want to tell my mom but I just go to my room to recover. Still, l I can’t tell if I’m half asleep half awake or still paranoid from the dream.
I felt as if something was in the room with me. So I just began to look at a mirror and took a boxer stance. Checking my closet and just like how my dad gets when he feels threatened by a ghost when he watches a movie. Just trying to shake that feeling off and convince myself I am safe now and it was only a dream.
Weird thing was

1. When I looked at the mirror my face was blurred out a few times, thought I saw something else there but it was quick .
2. But then it wasn’t and for some reason I had my black army gloves on. Eventually took them off.
3. Then I just kept edging the thing on like "come get me, here I am, show me something that you here.”

To make sure it was really a dream and just trying to get myself back to reality and show myself there really wasn’t anything to be afraid of…
That’s when I heard it say again in the same exact way and feeling from the previous dream.
“Do you know the muffin man?”
I almost started to cry and I just backed up calling for Jesus Christ to help me (I’m not religious but when I’m in moments of what I feel are life and death and I have no control over and need help I fall out to his name because I truly do feel some sort of either guardian Angel or something that’s helped me in ways I can not explain in real life )
I wanted to tell my mom so badly of the dream but part of me just kept trying to rationalize it and tell myself you are not fully awake it’s in your head. So I go back to my room really try to calm myself down
I lie down and try to relax and just when I feel I’m good and I am about to get up to talk to my mom.
Something firmly grabs my ankle and just throws me out of bed. Like I almost hit the wall from the sheer force of the pull. I just sat there almost having a panic attack couldn’t believe that fucking happened and I knew that at that moment this all wasn’t just in my head.
Even my mom and the kids were like “What was that sound?” “Did you drop something?” And I just started crying in fear, trying to tell my mom what happened, and something was in my room.
And that’s when I woke up
After dream thoughts:
This was probably the most realistic dream I felt where an outside force was in the dream.
Usually I have bad dreams regarding my brother due to trauma when I’m under heavy stress (school/army obligations)
So that part made sense but
That entity in my dream felt so real
I even called out to Jesus Christ in the dream which is something I rarely do in life unless it is a dire situation
I actually woke up this time and whenever I think of what I heard that “thing” tell me in the dream gives me chills that run across my body
And I even still felt that pressure on my left ear where the voice spoke into my ear in the dream.
Overall, weird af dream and I thought I’d write this down before I forgot everything.

So over the last week there were two conversations we had.

1. Was a non sex dream about her ex. She told me she had a weird dream..I asked when it was. She said remember D? The guy I hooked up with a few time? Then went into the dream. Firstly this topic used to bother me and she knows it...what got me was the tact...and how she changed from him being her fist BF to a hook-up. Like it's to make it better?
   
2. Getting our son ready for a camp, she asks me if I had summer camps as a kid. My childhood wasn't great and she knows this. It's a good chance she knows the answer is no. I say no and her next words are "summer camp is something every kid should experience." It seemed like she put her foot in her mouth and backpedled a bit.
   

I feel over time we seem to be less sensitive or empathetic to each other. She walks right into situations we have open discussed as triggers for me.
That being said I'm less effected now by this and more frustrated how there's no care when treading these waters like we used to.
Does anyone else notice a lack of this caring?

As of this afternoon the 4.4l Humidifier T3 from ACI had the LED screen fail. It still puts out moisture but I have no control over how much or timing etc. It was not hooked up to a controller. It had all ports sealed with the rubber fittings etc.
Not super impressed for a less than 20 days of usage failure. Just a warning to others. I have opened a support ticket but in the meantime I have to scramble for a replacement. My other ACI gear has been solid so far otherwise.

Hey guys. I actually first played this game super early on, I think I got a Loki frame. This year I got super into Destiny 2 again, and my curiosity in warframe was suddenly sparked again. I heard the game is totally different now. All I remember is crafting a sword that took like three days to complete and that you could get health back by opening lockers.
So I have a few questions:
1) it looks like there's a million frames now, awesome. Do people "main" frames in this game? In destiny 2 I tend to play invisible void hunter with a bow or strand hunter with a submachine gun and sword. In Warframe i really enjoy melee combat but also I like to help the team with CC. Any recommendations on characters? The ones that interest me most right now are Voruna and Valkyr. Also I like the zombie one, I forgot his name sorry.
2) what am I supposed to do? I finished like the first three missions, am I just supposed to keep completing missions until the game tells me otherwise? How do I start unlocking stuff? And should I even bother trying to craft weapons and frames before finishing the story? It looks like there's over 100 missions!
3) is there pvp and is it any good? In destiny 2 I'm actually a big pvp player more than anything.
4) is there matchmaking for pve activities? Is it any good? Or do I need a clan if I want to do dungeons and raids content?
Bonus) is Loki any good or should I focus on getting a new frame?

I've seen lots of how-to info on how to install to use OpenCore to install Monterey over top of an existing macOS, but I'm using a brand new SSD, so I'm wondering what's involved in that.
Can I simply boot to the OpenCore-created USB installer and proceed from there, or is there something I have to do to prepare the SSD? Thanks.
