Most of my abuse was during childhood... And I was a bit of a functional (?) alcoholic most of my teenage and young adult years and only recently started being mostly sober.
Alcohol, alongside my own toxic positivity- never really telling anyone about my abuse- seems to have led me to today: where I don't seem to have clear memories of childhood, especially childhood abuse, at all.
Little things will trigger brief memories and painful or nauseating sensations for me.. but I'd just grab a drink and stay busy with work and friends and exercise. I have a good job, friends, partner, etc. It's usually easy to just focus on the present to restore myself. I'd been sent to therapists, counselors, psychiatrists etc before but just talk my way out of it by saying I'm good.
I do sort of regret that approach now. There are things about my life I wish could be better. I still have disturbed sleep. I do feel in my head most days, and end up having to overexercise every day or work or have a drink to stay positive.
I feel like therapy could help. But everytime I think about it, I just feel like it's too late to do therapy. My memories are so clouded. Especially for years I've explained away my injuries and childhoods with half-truths to divert attention away from them.
Really, the only things I seem to actually remember these days is having been kicked a few times very hard. I have a few weirdly shaped ribs... I got a few missing adult teeth. Having boiled water poured on me where the burn marks still are. Getting so hungry I often overate free restaurant mints and now feel nauseous at the scent of mints.
Basically there's some evidence that helps me with my memory but I don't fully remember the entire argument, or how old I was, or what I was even doing.
I am nervous to do therapy because I fear I'll have nothing to really say, nor really understand how to explain myself to another person in a productive way. And all it'd do is reopen wounds that are mostly patched to the point that I'm mostly functional today.
I guess I'm just curious how people deal with therapy so late in life, and whether it's worth it at all

The food and vessels were put into the wigwam, and after the relations of the old men promised them that they would call often and keep them provided with everything that was needful, they returned to their settlement. The two old blind men now began to take care of themselves. On one day one of them would do the cooking while the other went for water, and on the next day they would change about in their work, so that their labors were evenly divided. As they knew just how much food they required for each meal, the quantity prepared was equally divided, but was eaten out of the one bowl which they had. Hi all!! I’m transmasc and received a mastectomy about a year and a half ago. I’ve wanted to get my nipples pierced for a long time, but am a little stumped by the lack of knowledge around how it will turn out with the grafts. My chest is totally healed, but I have absolutely no feeling in my nipples, so my concern would be the piercings getting caught on something and me not noticing. I’ve gotten the thumbs up from my surgeon but they don’t really know what to tell me on the lack of skin sensation. Anybody have any experience with this, do you think I’m out of luck?

endpoint _code _inference.py _requirements.txt _model.pt
I am using a base docker image provided by AWS (----.dkr.ecr.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/pytorch-inference:1.8.1-gpu-py36) which includes the pytorch version I need. The problem is, the python version is 3.6, and I would need it to be 3.8 because when I add other dependencies in the requirements.txtfile, for example the imageiolibrary, the endpoint fails to launch because the library doesn't work with a python version below 3.8.
What is the best practice in this case for managing complex dependencies, where I need a custom python version, coupled with specific libraries versions? Should I create another docker image that has the libraries I need and the python version I require? If so, can I extend the base image to install python3.8, eg:

I have an automation to collect pages that have a [date] = today in various databases. Each of these databases will be inside a different page (a client page). When the date is today, I'll check a checkbox [CB] on the client page (a property). So what I'm trying to do is this:
But I don't know the syntax for the query of 2... I'm thinking it would something looking kind of like:
"[exactlyX] + parent:url: [step1 result url]"

how do I write a query that represents this:
"[page title = exactly this text] and [parent url is a mapping result]"

Sort of new here but finally ready to participate. I have been sober for 6 months and doing ok. I do have cravings but have not given in and I don't plan to. My sleeping has improved a ton and I have even lost about 15 pounds since stopping. I am doing AA now but I still feel like my mental health isn't improving fast enough. I still feel like I can not connect with people and I feel closed off like when I was drinking. I don't mean random strangers either. I mean people I was close to like family and my kids. Has anyone else felt this way and if so how long did it take to feel ready to connect?

I’m currently going through my first ever breakup, coming out of a relationship that lasted more than a year. I was the dumper and my reasons for breaking up were extremely complex. In many ways I didn’t know how to approach or handle a relationship, and since the breakup I’ve been working hard to reflect on the negative patterns that I fell into that impacted the quality of my relationship with my ex as well as the relationship with myself. This process is enlightening and also soul-crushing as I’ve realized that there were so many tools I could have used to set up better lines of communication and increase emotional vulnerability. When I broke up with my ex I crushed them. I stomped on their dreams and hopes for a future between us, I destroyed the trust they had in me, I failed to communicate how much I was struggling and effectively blindsided them; I will never be able to truly know the sort of pain I put them through. Sometimes I forget that I was right to break up with them; that the relationship was never sustainable. They would ignore me when I would talk about my own interests, or what I have been learning about in my studies recently. I mean straight up avoid eye contact and only offer up grunts and one word responses. I stopped standing up for myself and showing up for myself because I was so desperate for their love and attention and I knew I would only get it if I engaged with them in the ways they wanted to be engaged with. I shrank myself to fit into their world and they didn’t bat an eye. All of the ways in which I failed, they also failed. The ways in which I failed to communicate my issues were things that they also fell victim to. Neither of us are bad people with malicious intent, we were just two human beings making human mistakes. It’s important to still be kind to them, to try and see things through their lens, just like I would hope they would do for me. That’s not to be said that everyone is worthy of that kindness, some people are complete assholes! But when you learn to be kinder to your ex and most importantly to yourself, everything will get a little easier. Likely not right now, but the positive impact you can make on the relationship with yourself and with the people around you is priceless and will always outweigh everything bad that resulted from a failed relationship. Maybe you played a big role in the breakup, maybe you played a small one. The only thing for certain is that we can learn from this experience. The one relationship that you will always have is the one with yourself. Life is often messy and unkind and confusing, but that doesn’t mean we should stop trying to be better, however that ends up manifesting. A line that has stuck with me reads, “I let go of what the universe is asking me to release”. You can let go at whatever pace is necessary, but everyday try to breathe out and release some of that hurt, some of that attachment. We make mistakes but we will always still be worthy of love and acceptance. I’ve always hated the idea of focusing your love on yourself after a breakup because I have never felt as if I have a whole lot of love for myself. If you’re struggling to do this, look for that love in the world around you, if you can. It’s in our nature as humans to trip and fall, to stumble or wipe out. Try to find the humor in the world and revel in the absurdity of it. I’ve got a long way to go, but I’m going to make it and you will too. It’s ok to drag your feet or even come to a complete stop, but I hope you learn to skip too. To prance, to dance, to run, to jump, to fly. To whomever has stuck it out this long and read this far, I believe in you. I hope you find your peace.

 | So I separated my larger monstera a couple weeks ago (was in soil before) and put this one in water. Over the weeks it developed very bad root rot that I mostly cleaned off for the pictures. This is not a new build
I left the house for 10 mins and when I came home I found my PC was turned off. I powered it on and signed in everything was extremely slow so I restarted it and now it only goes into bios and my SSD is not always detected in there.
My SSD finally did show up (in bios) and it’s at 2000.3GB.
To get my SSD to show up in bios I think went through the boot options and disabled HDD(because at first I did not have one)
I imagine there was some sort of update that pushed me over the edge I knew it was almost full but haven’t checked it in a while.
With it only booting up to bios how do I go about this? I ripped an HHD out of my old PC hooked it up and signed in but it only shows that HDD, a flash drive I tossed in, and no SSD.
I’m having some fun troubleshooting but now I need some professional help

Before I met my current partner I had been with an individual for many years who ended up having an affair, totaling my car and all around destroying my life lol. I was completely uninterested in being in a relationship after ending it and spent 2 years just being on my own and starting over with a new apartment, a new job and new friends (he recruited our mutual to help hide his secret girlfriend for 8 months). After settling into this life I decided that I didn't want to deprive myself the opportunity of potentially finding a happy healthy relationship with someone so when I met my current partner it was so exciting to feel like I had found someone who made me feel safe and behaved as reciprocal for all the effort I was putting into the relationship. He continues to this day to be consistent in showing me how much he loves and cares for me verbally and physically. And it's not just the fact that he is a good romantic partner, he's also cooperative when it comes to housework and managing our finances. We are almost always on the same page and I feel we are very compatible. For these reasons we decided to move in together as our relationship progressed. There's just one problem. My partner has a habit of liking thirst traps on instagram and following a lot of instagram models. When I say Instagram models I don't mean the ones with millions of followers. I mean local women who live on our island (we are residents of puerto rico) who are somewhat accessible that post sexually suggestive content. On top of this my partner still has lots of pictures of his exes saved onto his phone and laptop (some of which are semi pornographic). I discovered this because we both use the laptop and it's not necessarily safely hidden in some folder either. Anyone could easily stumble on it and that causes me a lot of concern 1. For the ex partners who I'm sure wouldnt feel comfortable with him having this content still and 2. For our relationship because this shit isn't something I condone or am comfortable with him having still. He is also still in touch with women he has had sexual relationships with and while he does not reach out to them regularly, when they post pictures on their stories sometimes he will respond telling them they look beautiful, etc. He tells me about it which is supposed to make me feel like he is being transparent but also like....what?? I don't understand it. It's been a solid 4 months since I asked for him to kindly delete the pictures and stop constantly liking photos of half naked women on social media since it makes me feel really shitty but after him promising he would get to it nothing has changed. He said he feels uncomfortable with deleting pictures from his past which is understandable in it of itself, but also I cannot wrap my head around why he would need the memory of a sexual act with a former partner in the first place. He also says he likes the pictures out of habit because his feed is full of that kind of content and that he does it absent-mindedly. Personally I think that's bullshit and it makes me feel like he is essentially asking me to play dumb. I went through this with my ex partner and I'm feeling like he is leaving me no choice but to leave the relationship because I refuse to go through that again. I'm starting to feel like I cannot trust him anymore and he is demonstrating to me that he doesn't care about my feelings or my boundaries when it coems to this. It hurts and confuses me a lot because outisde of this we have an excellent dynamic and its ashame to have to let this go. While I do believe my requests are reasonable I also question whether this is simultaneously indicative of my being somewhat controlling. I would never budge when it comes to the pictures of his exes but in regards to the social media, what do you guys think?
