Question
I already have a save in ds3 (digital edition). Now, while looking through the new sale, I saw ds3 season pass on sale which includes 2 DLCs and the base game. Now my question is if I get the season pass edition (for the DLCs of course): Will my save be transpferred to the season pass edition? Or will I have to start as if it is a brand new game? Because I really want to continue playing on my original save.

Apologies in advance if I am in the wrong place or not posting correctly. Im very basic and could use some guidance. I’m looking to upgrade the sound system in my Honda. My main goal for this post is to get an idea of what I’d be looking to spend for the features I’m hoping to attain.
-New Stereo Unit Normally I’d be okay with stock, but my model doesn’t include Apple Pay and that’s really something I’m hoping to add. Can be wired via USB if it saves money. I’d also like to find one that would hopefully be compatible with my already included backup cam. Read I should stay away from Boss. Also, I’ve been told changing stock units can have effects on the electrical system of the car. Is this something I should be worried about?
-Speakers inside I think the stock inner speakers of the car are also pretty bad. If I turn volume up load enough it gets kinda of raspy of that makes sense. Do I need to upgrade these to improve that? One of my main things is just to get a clear audio while driving and volume up. Doesn’t need to have crazy bass or be very loud, just clear when playing at a louder level of that makes sense.
-Amp and Sub Again my main focus is sound quality over bass, but in a perfect world both would be great. Anything minimal that could be recommended? I have a friend who got a single 10” sub 900w amp and it really knocks. Would I want something similar or are there smaller options for this that could also be cheaper?
Basically I’m hoping someone can maybe recommend a build on crutchfield for me and shoot me a link? I won’t be installing anything myself and will have it professionally done by audio express, but they are obviously in it for a sale and I want to make sure I have a good idea about what I want and cost prior to hearing their pitch. So any help is much appreciated. Cost I’m most likely looking at for this (parts and install), manufacturers to avoid, is it worth it if it causes future issues to my vehicle.

Problem - While we grown a lot in the last 4-6 weeks because of our Product Hunt on April 27, the growth (in terms of signups and sales) seems to be slowing down. We probably need to figure out channels other than Product Hunt and Twitter for growth. Also, a lot of partners from big VC firms reached out (like a16z and Sequoia). Got pretty much rejected from all of them. Still debating whether to bootstrap or keep trying to fundraise.
Stage - We did a product hunt launch on April 27'23. Got 4000+ signups and 80+ paying customers in the last 6 weeks. Lots of feature requests and bug fixes to work on. Why us? I have worked in Game Dev, Web Dev, DevOps, and Blockchain and have a couple of years of experience as a professional Software Engineer. So I believe I have a good understanding of the different kind of tools developers use and which tools could be improved and disrupted.

Hello, I recently asked for a pay increase at my restaurant. I perform a high skill function in a restaurant that has no one like me. I’ve increased sales 20% in the time I’ve been there. I was told I would receive an hourly increase at 3 months but it’s been 6 so I’ve been speaking up. Today I was told specifically that I have a high skill set that no one else has and they are happy to have me. However I know there are multiple people who make 2 dollars more an hour who my boss constantly complains about. Today I told him my frustrations after he denied my wage increase request. He told me because I make so much overtime they can’t increase me. Is this fully legal? To have some unskilled staff working 45 hours a week at a higher hourly rate than me while I work 50 hours at a lower hourly rate? This feels unfair and borderline not legal?

I’m watching married to medicine for the first time and i am so annoyed with Mariah! I liked her season 1 and thought Toya started the whole fight. I found it strange that all the ladies took Toya’s side…but i see why.
I’m on season 4 now where Mariah claims she wants to start fresh with Quad, but then at Toya’s bday party she started talking shit about Quad to Simone, and Quad gets pissed off. Everything goes downhill after that with Mariah coming at Quad and revealing her personal business on TV.
This is my problem with Mariah that I’ve noticed. I think she piggybacks off of whoever is being talked about and makes these aggressive digs in the form of “light shade” but it’s fucked up. If she can talk about Quad, her former bff, and dog her out on national TV, that’s someone you need to watch out for. She’s just like her narcissistic mother. She did the same with Toya when they were in Hawaii. I feel like she’s the one putting batteries in Lisa’s back to do what she did to Heavenly during their partnered event.

I have posted before, but our neighbours are essentially drunken party animals who have zero respect for our family/the neighbourhood around them. We have a 1 and a 2 year old and have tolerated living here for 2 years, and have been regularly calling the police on them when the noise is out of control. We gave them the benefit of the doubt for a full year, tried texting them, talking to them, and nothing worked. Anyway, this upcoming weekend NFH sent me a text (I made the mistake of giving her my number when we were on good terms) to inform me that they would be having a party during the day/night on Saturday (pool party season, fml). We now are packing our children up and getting a hotel for the weekend because our house is completely insufferable when these people rage. But I guess my concern is that this is precedent setting? We have regularly called the police on them which has definitely helped the volume, but not necessarily the frequency. I guess my concern is that if we just pack up and leave for the weekend they think they can get away with obnoxiously loud parties until 4 am. What should we do? Stick it out and police them (which I hate btw, I have never once called the police on anyone before this). Or just leave and try to put it out of our mind. It just makes me feel sick that we can’t even enjoy our home on the weekends, but in someway thankful to at least be given the heads up?

Thinking carefully about buying a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. 4wd, clean car fax, one owner and very low mileage (42k). The car is being sold by Shift. It is listed at $21,950 but the OTD price is 25k. This is California and the only fee that I think I MAY be able to negotiate is the service fee of $1250. (Have no idea if this is possible). But I know that at least one buyer walked away from the deal because it was listed as "sale pending" and now it is listed again. I would appreciate any advice. I have been looking for a while and have not seen any Jeep GCs with low mileage under 27k. I don't relish the idea of buying a ten year old car at this price, but the low mileage and overall condition of the car are compelling. It only gets 13mpg in the city though ... Thanks for any advice about the service fee or other wiggle room in price.

apolagies for my bad english. Tommorow i will be graduating from high school and i have basically nothing to show for it. My social anxiety has crippled my ability to communicate with basically anybody that i haven't known for years. So I bought the A&K and Empire Ears Odyssey which ran me almost 3800 after tax. Still new to IEMs I was not expecting them to be so delicate but tried to be careful. I dropped one pretty lightly onto a granite countertop and it cracked open .
Now I've had my EE Bravado MKII for a bit and never had a problem even placed it on the same counter so i suspect something may have been defective but they claim that not to be the case.
The unit never had any damage internally and didn't even split open fully so it still held the contents. It couldn't have damaged much falling from such a short distance. Maybe some wiring but nothing more.
They want to charge me 1700 and told me to get it back they would keep the "broken "one
" A) Defective or damaged components will not be returned for the end user's safety B) Astell&Kern does not distribute or sell technical components to private users or unauthorized 3rd parties; therefore, returning the original hardware would be in the same category C) All A&K-released media units are fully enclosed and not self-serviceable; there is no reason to offer the opportunity for a future self-service attempt or resell of the hardware component D) The original parts won't be returned; upon enrolling the damaged device through Astell&Kern's RMA Service Protocol, you offered your acknowledgment and confirmation of the terms and conditions
The top priority of technical service is to proceed with physical repair with hardware content that is still salvageable. The current deposit amount is solely based on the totaled Right Housing unit, which values half of the complete IEM unit.
Meanwhile, issues on LEFT housing's wear and tear condition and Audio Cable's two-pin connectors will all be reviewed and identified if Warranty Coverage is applicable or additional fees will be applied.
Lastly, should you desire to enroll the damaged IEM unit for technical service through Astell&Kern, identifying the actual level of damage(s) and determining the required level of repair will solely be based on Astell&Kern and/or Empire Ear service authority's expertise, not from speculation based on visual inspection of a spectator.
Should either Astell&Kern or Empire Ear Authority exercise the option to issue a replacement component to complete the RMA case, the proprietary hardware and technical detail will be further reviewed and evaluated for future improvements, as the original part will not be returned. " So what , they charge me for a replacement, keep the drivers and reuse the internals, resell it and give me a new one ?
I don't mind paying for repair but this is like if my DAP had a broken screen, they take it and keep it and bill me for a new one ?
Little do they know I am affiliated with a popular hifi YouTube channel (met them at a convention years ago) who asked me to bring them over for a video review (we live next to each other ironically ) and they told me horror stories about their customer service and support. Turns out they were not lying. Throwaway for anonymity obviously.
Any legal recourse possible here? What should I do.
Shame because i liked that brand and almost bought their most expensive dap.
