I’m after suggestions for good walks near Bristol to enjoy the nice weather we’re having at the moment. I’m looking for preferably free locations with easy enough parking (having to drive out of Bristol isn’t an issue). I’d consider myself fit but I’m definitely not an experienced hiker.

Posting this here as there are a lot of folks like me who’s on an eternal search for the right pair of pants. For the past 3-4 years my favorite pair has been the golf pants from Target. I alternate between those and a couple of bonobos depending on weather and this is as close to “perfect pants” as I’ve come. But, the Target pants has one big caveat and it’s that they absolute reek after one wear. I’ve never had a piece of clothing that smell like rotten bum, and I’m not a heavy sweater nor is super sensitive to BO. If I’m one bagging and wearing/packing these, I will either have to bring a fresh pair for each day or make sure to do laundry after each wear, both kinda defeating the purpose of onebagging.
So the search continued.
I don’t mind paying a premium for something that’s proper quality so I went for the Lulu ABC’s but the fit wasn’t as good for me as the Target pants. I’m a massive fan of Vuori’s Strato shirts so when I discovered the Meta pants I instantly ordered a pair.
My first reaction was that these feel identical to the Target pants and that’s what prompted me to post this. I could literally not tell the material apart. The Vuori are definitely of better quality in terms of craftsmanship but that’s not particularly important to me. I like that the zipper is on the bum rather than in the front as on the Target pants. Also, the Target pants has just a hair of more stretch to them, but I suspect that’s because I’ve worn them for years. But other than that it would be impossible for me to tell them apart. My immediate reaction was to return them but I decided to wear them and see if they’ll pass the sniff test. I’ll update in a few.
Check out the gallery where I’ve posted side-by-side pics. Few things to note: the Vuori’s are about 20g lighter (0.7 oz) which I can’t feel when holding them. Notice how the exterior and interior fibers look identical. Also, you’ll see that the Target pants are letting in more light than the Vuori’s which should be interesting in a real world test. Furthermore the olive pair is the Vuori and the blue and black are Target.

My dog is a three year old cavapoochon and she has been refusing to walk for months and I don't know what to do anymore. When she was young, she walked fine until one day there was a small thunderstorm--she was probably around 1.5 years old at the time. She's pretty sensitive to loud sounds even for dogs and so I believe this turned her off from walking for a few months. She would still go but she was clearly a little nervous and would frequently want to turn back quickly. When we did head back, she would walk very quickly. We tried working with her and after a few months it finally seemed to go away and she would walk normally again. A few months ago, she suddenly stopped walking again completely out of the blue. She'll go for one block, refuse to go any further, and then bolt back. I feel like I've tried everything. I've done positive reinforcement with and without treats, went to a vet, provided reassurance on walks, anxiety jackets, medicine, etc. Nothing has worked.
She has a very loving home. She has quality food, toys, and gets plenty of attention and love throughout the day. She has never to my knowledge had any traumatic experiences outside of the thunderstorm that had scared her once but even that was a relatively light storm. I live in an area with light weather though. We rarely get storms and the weather is usually pretty pleasant. The area is also quiet. There aren't almost ever any loud sounds on the walks. As I mentioned, we've taken her to the vet too. She has no health issues aside from being a few pounds overweight but it's hard to even counter that when she won't do any exercise. She's shy but is accustomed to other dogs. We have another cavapoochon too and she doesn't have any walking problems.
There are two strange aspects about her behavior: She always wants to start a walk but after about a block she just refuses to go any further (doesn't matter what direction we go). She's also ok at parks or if we drive somewhere else and take her on walks in other areas then she'll walk fine. The only problem area is the one around my house.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I am a custodial parent of two kids, and I live in Virginia. My current court order was signed by the judge in 2017, and since then, many changes have occurred. My ex-husband has been paying support as if my oldest is still in childcare; however, she is 16, and this is no longer the case. I told my ex-husband numerous times that he needed to file with DCSE for an adjustment. He wanted us to work it out without the court and was not understanding that because the amount was a payroll deduction and DCSE was involved, that was not an option. I did not trust him either, as I have caught him in numerous lies regarding finances. Instead of filing, he took me to court last year to fight for 50-50 and said he was overpaying support. My attorney even pointed out this screams money and not custody. He lied to the judge and said I verbally agreed to 50-50 in a conversation about a year ago. This was not true, nor could he prove it since nothing was on paper. He is a detective and was previously a deputy in the county where the court hearing occurred. The judge told me she could recuse herself, but more than likely, any judge will say they had professional dealings with my ex-husband due to his position. I had an attorney, but the ex represented himself. The judge allowed him to plead his case, and he lied about almost everything. However, the judge asked me one question, and instead of letting me explain, she told me to answer yes or no. At the end of the hearing, the judge looked at me and said she found it hard to believe that my ex-husband would have moved further away from his job if I had not agreed to 50-50. She then said, dismissed, giving us no chance to respond. If she had let me explain, I could have given additional details, like he was in the same county in 2017 but got evicted and chose to move out of the county, which was about 45 minutes away from his job. He bought several new vehicles but said he couldn’t afford an apartment. He told me his truck payment was $600 a month and rent was $400. Priorities? If he really wanted the girls 50-50, he would have stayed in the County. My attorney did an excellent job pointing specific things out, but the judge either didn’t care or was not paying attention. He ended up withdrawing everything, including the child support, and blamed everything on me, saying he would’ve never gone to court if he knew I was going to fight. I have never thought he’d be able to take care of the kids even part-time as I have always carried the weight so I think he thought by playing the victim, the judge would side with him. I believe the judge wanted to side with him, but because nothing in writing proved his theory, she could not and excepted the withdrawal instead. She did ask my ex-husband if he was positive he wanted to withdraw everything ( assuming she was referring to the support since part of his argument was claiming to overpay in support). He said yes, which raised a red flag for me. If he were overpaying, there would be no reason for him not to go forward with the support piece. I decided to file for an adjustment myself so that everything would be on paper and fair, and he could not complain anymore. For years I have been under the impression that the support would be lower if he filed, so I felt bad and have not been asking for medical reimbursement since 2018, even though it is in the court order. I received a notice from DCSE saying they received my request, and per their calculation, the obligation may need to be changed, thus resulting in him paying more per month than he does now. Not what I was expecting. When I saw their income for him, I was shocked. During court last September, he told my attorney and the judge that he was making 85,000 a year, but when my attorney asked for his paystub, he provided an outdated one. My attorney asked if he had a recent one, and he said no, but he could obtain one. The judge didn’t question any of this. There is no way for me to prove my theory, but I think he withdrew because he was hiding income and/or making more than he said in court, which might increase his support. Rather than take that chance, he withdrew instead. Several things make me angry, but the fact that he got away was so much, and now knowing he may have lied in court makes me even more angry. I drained all my funds on an attorney, so I cannot afford to ask for representation again. Is there a way I can confirm my theory about him lying in court and making more than what he stated? The figure DCSE provided says he now makes 117,000 a year. The fact that he went from 85 to 117 in less than a year is suspicious to me. He did get a promotion from lieutenant to captain, but whether or not that could result in that much of an increase is not something I’d know. I fear he will lie in court again to try to alter the amount and say he shouldn’t pay that much. One thing he might bring up is though I am paying for before and after care for my youngest, she only attended once a week because I was able to telework. This is true, but our organization said the telework situation might change, so I had to keep her enrolled if we went back to full-time. Our organization has not put out the updated telework policy, but I know I will have to go into the office more due to the change. Can the judge agree and say they are not factoring in child care? He also told the judge that he was withdrawing until he could find a house in the girl's school district. Knowing where I lived and what schools the girls attended, he moved to a place in Stafford that was not in their school district. In court, he said everything was too expensive so that he couldn’t afford it, but he just put a contract down on a new build with his girlfriend, And it is not in the girl's school district. He told the girls he tried to find something but could not afford it. They just got out of school, and my theory is if he can afford a new build, he could have waited and continued to look for something in their school district. Sorry for the novel, but any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.

26F 5’1 135 lbs. with several issues that have developed and/or been diagnosed in the last year.
Physical Conditions/symptoms: Diverticular Disease - I get chronic flares Interstitial cystitis Assumed endometriosis IBS-C Chronic migraines Hypermobility Costochondritis
I’ve had chronic joint pain and weakness for upwards of 10 years, as well as SI joint pain that I attributed to an assumed bulging disc (normal xray) I had 5 years ago - from picking up a shoe box. Last year my hands and feet also started getting really painful flares of becoming very cold even in warm weather, tingling, pain and swelling, though my finger tips only turn red, not blue.
The first things that started were pain in my knees and ankles that from research seems most likely to be enthesitis. Had X-rays done on both knees at 15 that showed “moderate effusion” but nothing was done.
PCP and I have thought EDS or possibly autoimmune. Rheumatologist tried to dismiss me as having fibromyalgia after a blood panel and one sacrum Xray - both came back normal. Later on in August 2022 I suddenly developed in tense right hip pain (no injury) that has never subsided and intensified my back pain. Again, X-rays came back normal.
After 8 months and a lot of pushing I was referred to orthopedics and finally got an MRI of my right hip and lumbar region. My results I just got show a labral tear as well as facet Arthropathy with effusion and bone spurs in L4-L5. I assumed the Arthropathy was a result of my bulging disc “injury,” but have been told that injuries don’t cause that? Is that true?
Now that I have tangible radiologic proof of something mechanical going on in my back and hip, I’m convinced this can’t just be fibro (though I agree I could still have it along with something else) since I was told it is not inflammatory or degenerative. I want to advocate for myself to try to find a root cause again. Is my line of thinking reasonable?
My lumbar MRI did not do imaging of my sacrum - should I tell my doctor I’d like to order one? My pain is directly on both SI joints and they feel swollen at times. My rheumatologist has not wanted to order an MRI, should I ask my ortho? PCP? Or get a new rheumatologist? Would it be worth it to try to pursue an MRI on both my sacrum and knees?

I had checked the data twice, knocked two of the scientist's heads together to make sure their brains were working, and even ran the tests myself. But it was conclusive. Unfortunately.
Walking through the halls of the Facility, heading ever closer to my superior, and probably my doom, I tried to make sure my palms didn't sweat. He didn't like sweaty palms, and insisted on a handshake every time I reported.
"Sir, we found the ghost ship The Delenora," I said, extending my hand like a weapon. Grabbing it in a firm grip, he pumped it up and down. When he let go, he not so subtly wiped his hand on his pants. Great. That was going on my permanent record.
"Where is it?" He barked.
"In, um, The Bridgewater Triangle."
"You said Bermuda wrong."
"No, Sir, respectfully, I do mean the Bridgewater Triangle, it's in the middle of the woods... in Massachusetts. It's a place where a lot of unexplained phenomena occur, we've been monitoring it for... other.. things, and found the ship."
His face wrinkled in consternation, taking on the appearance of a confused bulldog.
"And what is it doing there?"
"We don't know Sir—"
"Don't know Jenkins?" He didn't shout, the man never shouted, but somehow his tone was worse than a shout. "And what are you going to do about your shocking lack of knowledge?"
"I'll get a team together Sir—"
"A team that you'll lead personally Jenkins." Ah, there it was. My doom.
"Sir, I think I would be better—"
"Your job is important to you Jenkins?"
Part of me wanted to say no, hand in my resignation, and dance out of the room. But the rest of me knew I had bills to pay. I nodded miserably. The man in front of me gave me a happy bulldog face, and with a wave of his hand dismissed me. And that was it. I was off to find the ghost ship in the middle of the woods.

A twig cracked under my foot, drawing an angry glare from the hired gun leading us. I apologized, though what he expected from me, I don't know. It's not like I was trained to walk through the woods quietly. Besides, whatever was in these woods, I think it had already heard us. After all, the man already had to shoot two things that resembled deer, but on closer inspection, had a great too many teeth.
"What should we expect to find?" The question came from the mercenary next to me, as she scanned the forest— looking for more things to shoot—I imagine.
"The Delenora was one of the last ships from the Golden Age of Sail. On its last voyage, it went missing. It was presumed sunk with all hands on board." I said, shrugging as she raised her eyebrows. "There isn't a lot of information out there—"
I cut off as I ran into the back of the lead mercenary. He sighed, and I apologized again. Motioning forward, he whispered, voice tense.
"That it?"
"No, there's some other giant ship-shaped wood structure out here," I said, fear forgotten as the weathered planks rose in front of us. "Of course this is it."
The ship was wedged into a clearing, filling it from prow to stern. We were close enough to touch, and raising a hand, I did just that, to the muted gasps of the scientists with us. It was solid at least, the moniker of ghost ship not being too literal.
"Avast!" The shout came from the deck. "What manner of people be you?"
Craning my neck, I managed to get a glimpse of the speaker, but only a glimpse. He seemed oddly hairy, but then again, if I'd been lost for hundreds of years, I might have decided not to shave as well.
"We be human," I called back, drawing shocked looks from the others. I shrugged. "What? Who says they are?"
"And where be this place?"
"Earth. Third planet from the sun." I paused. "More specifically, Massachusetts."
A litany of curse words spewed from the deck, blistering the air. My mind took frantic notes, not that I would use any of course, but you can never be too prepared. The soldiers around me shifted their hands on their guns and the curses cut off with a sharp hiss.
"I wouldn't use those if I were you." The voice had lost all friendliness, becoming cold and menacing in an instant. I motioned for them to drop the guns, something told me I didn't want to anger whoever this was.
"Is there a reason you're stranded here? This is the Delenora, correct?" I asked, as they lowered their weapons.
"Come on board, and find out." The man said, and a ladder dropped in front of me. "Just you, though, none of those others."
"Jenkins." One of the scientists hissed. "Don't do it."
But there was a reason my superior had sent me on this mission. Once my curiosity got the better of me, I'd touch lava just to see how it felt. I climbed the ladder, hands and feet moving in a rhythm that felt as familiar as breathing. A hairy hand reached out to me and dragged me aboard once I arrived at the top. I bit my lip to stop from screaming.
He definitely wasn't human. Hair covered the entire body, except for a wet nose and deep brown eyes. There was something doggish about the muzzle, yet the ears seemed more like a bat. Though his hands had opposable thumbs, the rest of the fingers were connected by a thin membrane that seemed ideal for swimming.
"Got a good look did ya?" The —for want of a better word—man said, scratching behind one of his ears. "We be stranded here, because my navigator died, and I have no way of getting out."
"This is an earth ship, something meant for water, what—"
"We found it, fair and square, at the bottom of an ocean, and we took it. We have the right of salvage, and with a few modifications, this be a good vessel for our purposes."
"Which are..."
"To find salvage." The man looked at me as if I was stupid. "Wherever in the universe it may be."
"You can travel the universe?" I couldn't believe it, it was too ridiculous, and yet the man-dog-bat-thing nodded, as if it was a given.
"Only now, our navigator's gone and died so we're stuck here. Though..." He scratched his chin. "You might be..." Reaching out with one hairy hand, he laid it with surprising gentleness on my forehead. Instantly he snapped it back, as if he'd been burned.
"Oh, ho, ho, you are! You are perfect."
"For what?"
"For navigating." He said. I stumbled back towards the ship's rail. Was he going to kidnap me? Come to think of it, I hadn't heard anyone else's voice since I'd boarded the ship. Had he done something to the mercenaries and the scientists? I looked back down to the ground, seeing their tiny faces staring up at me.
"Now then, don't be scared... Nothing will be done against your will. But aren't you just the least little bit curious about the universe?" The voice was wheedling, and I think he knew exactly what he was doing. Appealing to my curiosity, which was a difficult thing to ignore.
"But, my job..."
"Is your job important to you?" The captain—he had to be the captain— asked.
I looked at him, looked over the rail, and then back.
"No. It isn't."
"Marvelous. Then let's get going." He smiled, a dog's smile if I'd ever seen one. "Lead on navigator."
"Not sure how to do that..."
"Just wish yourself away. Anywhere, but if you could hold the idea of salvage in your mind, that would be good."
I nodded and then made a wish, a wish I had since I was a boy, to see the stars. And underneath me, the Delenora shuddered to life, lifting from the ground. Shouts came from beneath us, but I didn't care. I was finally free of worrying about sweating palms, and superiors that didn't value me. We rose up through the atmosphere, up where the air was clear, clear even of kites, until the deep darkness of space enveloped us. Even though there was no air to tell of speed, the sensation of movement crackled through the ship.
I smiled at the captain and he smiled back.
"Welcome aboard, Navigator."

I’m a Canadian who travels to the US A LOT.
I live in Windsor, so most my life growing up, my family and I would cross the border to go to Detroit to grocery shop, get gas, etc.
I’m also a gaming social media influencer and frequently attend gaming conventions/events in the US, but never for work. Always just to visit as I know people have been denied entry or banned for illegally working in the US.
This year I had been in the US for 4 months combined. The reason for this being because, I took ~ 5 months off work due to a medical problem that affects my life pretty poorly. As soon as my lease ended in Toronto, I moved in with my mom and decided to go to Dallas and hang with my friends (who all live in Dallas). As I was struggling with my autoimmune issue, I thought it’d be best for me to travel for a bit as I had a lot saved up and i’d rather spend my 5 months off work in a better environment (warmer weather, surrounded by friends, etc)
I left in December to Dallas, came back to Canada in January for 3 days because my mom was having surgery.
Went back to Dallas for 3 months and came back to Canada.
After being in Canada for 2 weeks, one of my friends visited me who lives in Dallas. I decided to go back to Dallas for another month with him as I had plans to attend a gaming event in 2 weeks anyways.
My mom drove us over the Windsor-Detroit border where they questioned us. They asked my relation to my friend, why I was traveling with him, if I was employed. I told them I was on a break from employment due to a health condition. I got sent into secondary.
At secondary, I got accused of mooching off my friend to which I said, I always pay for everything myself including my flight which they tried to ask if it was bought by him. I was ready to show proof but they did not let me.
They asked my ties to Canada and I told them I was born in Canada, my entire family lives in Canada and I own a home in Canada which I currently rent out to tenants as I moved in with my mom (literally down the street) when I was having health problems.
They said it was suspicious how I was going back and forth from Canada to US without a job and I told them about my savings and they didn’t seem to care about ANYTHING I said.
I get how me not being employed and traveling looks suspicious, but I have such a long history of traveling between the US and Canada that I never thought I’d have an issue.
After this, he told me I was not going to be allowed into the US, he confiscated my Nexus :( and gave me a checklist to bring back to prove my ties to Canada because he kept INSISTING I was trying to run away into the US and live there illegally. He told me to not try to enter again the next day because if I did, I’d be denied again.
I contacted a lawyer and he said there’s not much I can do except wait to cross for 6 months to a year. This simply is not possible for me because my family and I frequently shop in the US and fly from Detroit airport. Not to mention, all my friends live in the US and I had plans + tickets to attend gaming events.
What do I do from here? Is this going to be on my record forever? Will I forever have a hard time going into the US? Has anyone had a similar experience and how long did you wait until you go back in?
I’m so frightened because he started saying things like my passport is perma flagged and just being so so so rude to me. Took EVERYTHING out of me to not cry and keep it together.

What My Daily Life Looks Like: I oftentimes wake up many hours before dawn, to rejoice in the greater ability for remaining focused which the night alone on one confers. I do my bed, order the room if necessary. I move to the next room and there read, listen to music or else study either Russian or German. I have only just began with the latter language.* "Soothing nothingness of night. The sun is oppressive, things are all the more peaceful in dull weather." I enjoy recording audiobooks, I do that at times. Then I go on a walk... "With a lightly illuminated horizon, clear early morning. The scenery of my delight revealed for an hour."

The rest of the day consists of necessary activities, the majority of which are accompanied by music or else an audiobook.

Flying into Hanoi, then doing Halong Bay, then spending time in Hue. Looking at the weather it says thunderstorms everyday throughout every place we are going, how much of the day will be raining? Are they passing showers or all day affairs? Rain doesn’t bother me.. just curious. Any recommendations for things to do in Hanoi or Hue?

Adam Pearce makes a match to decide who will take on Sami and KO on their respective show. The participants include Alpha Academy, Valhalla, Imperium, Brawling Brutes, Pretty Deadly and a NXT Wildcard.
(The NXT Wildcard is decided in a fatal four way tag won by The Creed Brothers)
Match
The match kicks off with Alpha Academy vs Valhalla. Valhalla overpowers Gable who begins the match for his team. After a miscommunication from Vahalla, Gable is able to get a hot tag onto Otis. Otis lays out both members of Vahalla and gets ready for the Caterpillar onto fellow legal man, Erick. Before he can hit it however he is attacked by Ivar who clotheslines himself and Otis over the top rope. After this the ref points to Chad who enters the ring but is quickly attacked by Erick. Chad then rolls up Erick for the quick pin and wins. The announcers are confused until they see an instant replay of Chad tagging himself in as Otis went over the top rope.
The next entrants in the match are Pretty Deadly. The two handsome fellas come out of the crowd attacking a wounded Chad Gable. Otis (after being helped up by Maxxine) jumps in the ring and evening the score. Otis throws both Pretty Deadly members out of the ring, then stands on the apron. Chad then rises and tags in Otis. Gable then does a suicide dive onto both Elton Prince and Kit Wilson. He then throws Elton into the ring and tags in Otis, who hits a Caterpillar onto Elton for the 1.2.3
The next team to enter are The Creed Brothers. They come out to the ring and have a classic wrestling match with Alpha Academy. The two teams show respect for one another while they show their amateur wrestling acumen. With Gable still nursing injuries from his previous 2 matches. Towards the end of the match, The Creed’s isolate Gable once again. They pick apart the leader of Alpha Academy as Otis is forced to watch on. Gable gains a moment of rest after a big german suplex onto Julius. Chad then gets the hot tag to Otis who clears house until being picked apart by the Creeds. The Creeds lift Otis up for the big finish but Chad makes the save pushing Julius off the top and hitting Butch with a German. This leaves Butch in the ring with Otis allowing the big man to hit another Caterpillar for the win.
The next team is Imperium who show zero sympathy for Alpha Academy. They systematically beat down both Otis and Chad with neither man showing any quit. Once Chad becomes the legal man Imperium begins to dominate the match. Otis looks on with a sad look watching his friend be torn apart by Imperium. Finally after minutes of agonizing pain, Otis throws in the towel ending the match and Chad’s suffering.
The final team to enter the match is Brawling Brutes; they immediately begin to brawl with Imperium. The ref attempts to separate the two rival teams to no use. Finally some order is restored when Ridge and Giovanni fight to the outside and up the ramp. This leaves Butch and Ludwig in the ring. After a quick back and forth, Butch seems to have Ludwig ready for the Bitter End. When Ludwig scratches Butch’s eyes, rolling him up for the 1.2.3 Imperium will meet Sami and KO on RAW.

On the main event of the Smackdown after Extreme Rules(A show that didn’t feature Roman Reigns) LA Knight, (A man who has gained a cult following in recent months with great selling T shirts and YEAH becoming an ever popular phrase) is seen in the ring with a microphone “Extreme Rules was a good show (Crowd exclaims YEAH) but something important was missing. The missing piece to the puzzle was our World Champ, Roman Reigns (The crowd rains down boos at the mention of his name) Roman is an interesting case of nepotism… YEAH, because no matter what he did for years he couldn’t gain the admiration of the WWE universe. Hell, I’m a douche and it took me a month… YEAH. The top brass in this company wanted him to succeed for years but he never took off…until he took advantage of his family. Well I got to thinking that sounds like a great idea. YEAH. So I decided I’d use MY family to get what I want YEAH. (LA Knight walks to the barricade telling some front row fans to jump after a bit the ring is full of fans) Now Roman Reigns, I challenge your boring ass to a WWE Championship match. YEAH. (Roman appears on the titantron and says) “The fans may love you Eli, but the fans loved Cody too and you saw what happened to him. You're nothing more than a catchphrase. But I accept your challenge”(Roman turns to Paul) “This will be the easiest match yet.” LA Knight responds with “I might just be a catchphrase… but at least it's a good one. YEAH!!!!! (The men and women inside the ring respond with a loud YEAH) The show goes off the air as they exchange YEAHS.
The two men exchange verbal blows throughout the build with Roman dismissing Knight as a fad. Knight continues to gain support from the fans despite his cocky tendencies. This culminates in a contract signing on the go-home Smackdown. Where LA Knight jumps an unexpecting Roman putting him through the table to a large pop.
Match
The match begins how you’d expect with Roman taking control. Roman overpowers the popular Knight as the crowd keeps Knight in the match. Throughout the match, Roman attempts to cockily pin LA after non finishers to no avail as the crowd continues to keep their favorite in the match. Towards the end of the match, Knight reverses a Superman Punch into a big roll up. 1.2…kickout Roman spears Knight. 1.2…kick out the crowd loses it as Roman does the same. Roman begins laying in punches on LA Knight over and over again until the ref pulls the tribal chief off of Knight. Roman then gets ready for another Superman punch but is caught by the Gravy Train. The crowd explodes with excitement as LA Knight pins Roman.. 1, 2… Roman kicks out. Knight looks devastated as he gets ready for the big elbow drop. He gets his foot grabbed by Heyman. This allows Roman to connect with a final spear. 1, 2, 3… Roman Reigns retrains again, much to the chagrin of the sold out crowd.
Gunther vs Shinsuke Nakamura
Build
On the Raw after Extreme Rules, Ludwig Kaiser tells everybody that Gunther is the best IC champion of all time but Shinsuke Nakamura comes out to the ring and says that’s not true. He challenges Gunther to a fair fight at Suvivor Series and holds out his hand. Gunther shakes it but Shinsuke kicks him in the balls! He smiles and says, “A fair fight, as of now!”
Through the remainder of the build, the two crush all opposition on the way to facing one another.
Match
The match is hard hitting and fast paced. Towards the end of the match, Shinsuke goes for a Big Kinsasha but is caught with a chop by Gunther. Gunther then scoops him up for the power bomb. 1, 2, 3… Gunther wins, cementing himself as one of the greatest of all time.
Austin Theory vs Shemaus vs AJ Styles vs Grayson Waller vs Montez Ford vs Angelo Dawkins in a 6 Man Championship Scramble for the US title
Build
Shemaus: Shemaus challenges for the US title at Clash at the Castle. Austin Theory wins by cheating. After the match, Grayson Waller comes down to the ring and attacks Shemaus, injuring his leg. Austin Theory then gives Waller money, leaving Shemaus in the ring. On the Smackdown after Extreme Rules, Shemaus returns promising to destroy Austin Theory.
AJ Styles: AJ challenges Austin Theory at Extreme Rules but comes up short after Grayson Waller interferes. This loss infuriates AJ who also challenges Austin Theory on the Smackdown after Extreme Rules.
Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins: The Street Prophets face Grayson Waller and Austin Theory on the Smackdown after Extreme Rules. The match ends in Chaos after Theory pisses off AJ Styles, who is doing guest commentary. This leads to Austin repeatedly dodging a rematch with the Street Prophets, causing them to challenge him at Extreme Rules as well.
Grayson Waller: Grayson becomes Austin Theory’s tag partner after getting on the A Game’s payroll. Austin refuses to give him any recognition. Then, on the go home Smackdown before Survivor Series, Adam Pearce announces that one more person has been added to the championship scramble match. Austin asks who. Adam tells him to turn around. When he does, he gets a big right hand from Grayson Waller.
Austin Theory: Austin Theory has been a dick throughout the build, causing anyone he’s crossed paths with to hate him. This results in an almost unwinnable situation for Austin Theory.
Match
The first two entrants in the match are Austin Theory and Shemaus. Austin Theory appears scared to be starting first but goes through with it anyway. The bell rings. Shemaus hits Austin with a Brogue Kick. Shemaus pins Austin. 1, 2, 3.. Shemaus has become the interim US Champion. He then throws Theory out of the ring (despite Austin not being eliminated). Shemaus waits for the next opponent. The next opponent is… Grayson Waller. Grayson Waller walks out from backstage and sees the man that he injured at Clash at the Castle. He slowly walkd down the ramp, but Shemaus gets out of the ring and attacks him. The interim US Champ beats the crap out of Grayson Waller. After a couple minutes, the next man comes out… Angelo Dawkins. Angelo Dawkins runs down and begins trading rights and lefts with Shemaus. The two men brawl into the ring when Austin Theory decks Angelo with a steel chair, then hits Shemaus over the head with the chair, busting him open. He pins Shemaus.. 1, 2, 3… becoming the intermim US Champ. He then attempts to escape up the ramp but is stopped by the next entrant.. Montez Ford. Montez Ford chases Austin Theory back up the ramp. Theory runs into the ring and eats a Spine Buster by Angelo Dawkins, then a Frog Splash by Ford. Grayson then throws both of the Street Prophets out of the ring and pins his former boss.. 1, 2, 3.. Grayson becomes interim champ. Then the final entrant, AJ Styles, comes out to the ring. (a clock is set for 5 minutes). AJ jumps into the ring, Phenominal Forearming Grayson Waller, pinning him.. 1, 2, 3.. AJ Styles has become interim champ. The five men go back and forth for four minutes. That’s when Austin Theory rolls up AJ Styles!.. 1, 2, 3.. Theory becomes interim champ. Then Shemaus Brogue Kicks Austin Theory, pins him.. 1, 2, 3.. Shemaus is now interim champ. Then Grayson Waller rolls up Shemaus, grabs the tights.. 1, 2, 3.. Waller is interim champ. Grayson celebrates but accidentally backs up into Austin Theory, who hits him with an A Town Down.. 1, 2, 3.. Theory is interim champ. Angelo Dawkins then spears Austin Theory and pins him.. 1, 2.. It’s broken up by a Frog Splash by Montez Ford, who pins Austin Theory.. 1, 2, 3.. As the timer hits zero, Ford becomes permanent champ! Montez celebrates as Angelo shoots him a cold look.
Asuka(C) vs Iyo Sky for the Smackdown Womens Championship
Build
Bailey and Dakota Kay betray Iyo Sky at Summerslam. They feud until Extreme Rules where Iyo Sky beats Bailey in a steel cage. On the Smackdown after Extreme Rules, Asuka calls out Iyo Sky. She says, “You’re a great competitor, but I can make you even better. Take my hand and you can be something special.” Iyo looks at her hand, looks at Asuka, and she slaps Asuka across the face and says, “All I need is ME!” Asuka then sprays the mist in Iyo’s face, causing temporary blindness as she locks in the Asuka Lock.
Over the next few weeks, Asuka shows zero mercy towards Iyo, attacking her at all turns, frequently using a pipe wrench. Iyo, however, refuses to use weapons, instead wanting to beat Asuka mono y mono.
Match
The match is a hard hitting, technical classic, with both women giving it their all. Towards the end of the match, Iyo Sky has Asuka down for the Moonsault. She jumps to hit the move when Asuka sprays her with the mist, mid air! This temporarily blinds Iyo, allowing Asuka to lock in the Asuka Lock. Iyo taps out in the hold. Asuka is celebrating, but the ref looks down at Iyo. He notices the mist in her eyes so he gives her a rag and starts the match back. Asuka is livid. She turns around and eats a Hurricanrana, the a Moonsault. 1, 2, 3… Iyo has pulled off the shocking upset.
Judgement Day vs Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch in a Wargames Match
Build
At Extreme Rules, Finn Balor faces Seth Rollins for the World Title. When it appears that Seth has the match won, it is interrupted by the Judgement Day. They beat Seth down until he is saved by Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
On the Raw after Extreme Rules, Sami and KO explain why they helped Seth. Kevin says, “We helped you because we hate the Judgement Day more than we hate you… by just a little bit!” All of a sudden, the lights go out and the Judgement Day attack. Sami, Seth, and Kevin seem to weather the storm until Rhea Ripley gets involved. Judgement Day begins to take control when Becky Lynch’s music hits. She comes down to the ring with a chair, saving her husband and his two tag partners.
In the following weeks, the two groups continue to brawl until the only way to contain them is a War Games Match.
Match
Becky demands to be first for her group while Damian Priest is first for Judgement Day. Damian Priest second guesses going after Becky allowing Becky to hit him with a Man Handle Slam. The next entrant is for the Judgement Day. It’s Rhea Ripley. She tells Damian to back off as she begins to dominate Becky. The next entrant is Kevin Owens. He comes into the ring and stuns both Damian and Rhea Ripley. The score is now even with Rhea and Damian vs Kevin and Becky. The next man to enter is Dominik. He comes in with a pair of brass knuckles, hitting Kevin, then allowing Rhea to hit Becky with them. This allows the Judgement Day to dominate Kevin and Becky. The next person to come in is Seth. This levels the playing field; three on three. The last member to enter for the Judgement Day is Finn. He comes in to aide his team by taking the attack to his rival, Seth. Finally, the last man to enter the match is Sami Zayn. He hits the Helluva Kick on all four members of the Judgement Days. Now, pinning can commence. The two teams go all out until only two men are left standing.. Finn Balor and Seth Rollins. The two go blow for blow, with neither man giving up. Out of nowhere, Rhea comes up behind Seth, low blows him and hits him with a Riptide. Finn climbs to the top of the cage to hit a Coop De Grace on Seth, but Becky pulls her husband out of the way. She hits Finn with a Man Handle Slam, then Rhea. She then pins Finn to win the match for her team!

I’m a Canadian who travels to the US A LOT.
I live in Windsor, so most my life growing up, my family and I would cross the border to go to Detroit to grocery shop, get gas, etc.
I’m also a gaming social media influencer and frequently attend gaming conventions/events in the US, but never for work. Always just to visit as I know people have been denied entry or banned for illegally working in the US.
This year I had been in the US for 4 months combined. The reason for this being because, I took ~ 5 months off work due to a medical problem that affects my life pretty poorly. As soon as my lease ended in Toronto, I moved in with my mom and decided to go to Dallas and hang with my friends (who all live in Dallas). As I was struggling with my autoimmune issue, I thought it’d be best for me to travel for a bit as I had a lot saved up and i’d rather spend my 5 months off work in a better environment (warmer weather, surrounded by friends, etc)
I left in December to Dallas, came back to Canada in January for 3 days because my mom was having surgery.
Went back to Dallas for 3 months and came back to Canada.
After being in Canada for 2 weeks, one of my friends visited me who lives in Dallas. I decided to go back to Dallas for another month with him as I had plans to attend a gaming event in 2 weeks anyways.
My mom drove us over the Windsor-Detroit border where they questioned us. They asked my relation to my friend, why I was traveling with him, if I was employed. I told them I was on a break from employment due to a health condition. I got sent into secondary.
At secondary, I got accused of mooching off my friend to which I said, I always pay for everything myself including my flight which they tried to ask if it was bought by him. I was ready to show proof but they did not let me.
They asked my ties to Canada and I told them I was born in Canada, my entire family lives in Canada and I own a home in Canada which I currently rent out to tenants as I moved in with my mom (literally down the street) when I was having health problems.
They said it was suspicious how I was going back and forth from Canada to US without a job and I told them about my savings and they didn’t seem to care about ANYTHING I said.
I get how me not being employed and traveling looks suspicious, but I have such a long history of traveling between the US and Canada that I never thought I’d have an issue.
After this, he told me I was not going to be allowed into the US, he confiscated my Nexus :( and gave me a checklist to bring back to prove my ties to Canada because he kept INSISTING I was trying to run away into the US and live there illegally. He told me to not try to enter again the next day because if I did, I’d be denied again.
I contacted a lawyer and he said there’s not much I can do except wait to cross for 6 months to a year. This simply is not possible for me because my family and I frequently shop in the US and fly from Detroit airport. Not to mention, all my friends live in the US and I had plans + tickets to attend gaming events.
What do I do from here? Is this going to be on my record forever? Will I forever have a hard time going into the US? Has anyone had a similar experience and how long did you wait until you go back in?
I’m so frightened because he started saying things like my passport is perma flagged and just being so so so rude to me. Took EVERYTHING out of me to not cry and keep it together.

I have been at my current job for almost 3 months and I’m already ready to leave, but I’m unsure weather it’s the right decision.
I started working in a lab about 3 months ago because I wanted to get the experience and they paid pretty well. I quickly noticed a lot of practices, equipment, and storage of chemicals/ drugs were not safe. My coworkers and I agreed that we should voice our concerns to our bosses (small company) which resulted in us being gaslit and then saying everything was completely researched and safe (it’s not). We continued to bring things up and only small things were changed reluctantly. Management had always been horribly unorganized and communication between departments resulted in inaccurate expectations of work to be completed for the day. Furthermore, I was hired as a chemist for the company and my job description clearly stated my responsibilities. Recently, management has been trying to train us in other departments’ jobs such as R&D, Engineering/ Planning, etc. and expect us to fulfill a rotation in these roles without compensation (of which are not in my job description). My coworkers and I recently found out that they have made new job postings online for our current role except there’s a new name and more has been added to the job description. We have not been formally notified of this and I still hold my original job title. I recently went on a trip so I left work for 2 weeks. When I came back, one of my coworkers had been fired due to “performance” issues. We all believe this to be false because they were very good at their job. 2 of my current coworkers have either quit or are in the process of securing alternate jobs. Today, management fired the whole Planning/ Engineering department (2 people lol), which honestly makes no sense because they held the company together. Not to mention I haven’t been completely trained at my job, so once my coworkers leave almost nothing will be getting manufactured. I am obviously considering leaving, is this the smart thing to do? Or am I in the wrong for leaving the company with no chemists?
